Tech Tip # 1 - CONTROL SETTINGS
As summer months change to cooler months, it may be necessary to check your surge parameters to prevent your compressor from surging.
Tech Tip # 2 - FILTERS
Inspect & service your oil and air filters regularly. Here are two reasons why this service is so important:
1. Dirty oil filters can cause low oil flow & low oil pressure, damaging internal components of compressors.2. Dirty air filters can cause compressors to surge, damaging rotating assemblies.Tech Tip # 3 - CTDs
Avoid breakdowns by checking air & oil cooler CTDs (cold temperature differences) now! High CTDs cause inefficient compressors.
